El Albergue Ollaytamtambo

It is a clean, old 'casona". The bathrooms are good, but the beds are as hard as the rocks the Incas moved lone ago. The food is excellent, homemade, clean and delicious. The wine and beer are excellent. Joaquin's wife is a delight. Joaquin has a great thing going, but lacks attention to detail for tourism. I wish him luck and I will contact him for part of my global education project, but I will not stay the whole time in Ollaytantambo. I want more days in Cuzco. I want the kids to see the Inti Raymi preparations and experience dance lessons from Joaquin's tour guide in Cuzco. I will make the reservations from Lima directly to all except the Ollaytantambo portion.
